As stated in Article 15 of the WMRA Constitution, the WMRA Congress is the formal assembly of Delegates from WMRA Member Federations, responsible for reviewing activities, deciding on proposals and strategic matters, and taking the key governance decisions of the Association.
In accordance with Congress procedures, all official documentation and outcomes shall be shared with Members in a timely manner. This page provides access to the Congress outputs.
