Courtney COPPINGER πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

Courtney hails from the Midwest of the US. She was a multiple-time NCAA D1 All-American for the University of Kansas. She then competed professionally in the 3000m Steeplechase for four years and represented the US in the USA vs. Europe meet in 2019.

Courtney then pursued her graduate degree in Science Education from Northern Arizona University. While in Flagstaff, she turned to mountain running and racing while also developing a career in coaching and mentorship under the guidance of multi-time American record holder Ryan Hall. In 2024, Courtney co-founded her own coaching and mentorship company aimed at the all-terrain female athlete.

Courtney qualified for the 2025 WMRC in Canfranc, Spain and helped Team USA achieve the silver medal behind Kenya. Additionally, she earned bronze in the WMRA World Cup Finales in 2025 in Slovenia.

Courtney is based in Boulder, Colorado, where she trains and coaches full time.
