I am an uphill and mountain runner representing Belgium on the senior national team. I have competed in the WMRA World Cup, ranking 7th and 6th overall in 2021–2022 and 11th overall in 2023. A three-time World Masters Champion and five-time European Masters Champion, I began my international career as a masters athlete before progressing to the senior team. I have represented Belgium several times in recent years, most recently at the 2025 World Championships in Canfranc, and placed 34th in the Uphill race at the 2022 Worlds in Thailand.

I am also a primary school teacher with a background in psychology and have served as Secretary of the WMRA Athletes’ Commission. My key interests include athlete wellbeing, healthy body image, balanced nutrition, fair play and doping awareness, as well as supporting women and masters athletes and fostering an inclusive, positive sporting culture. I love being part of the WMRA community and family that unites mountain runners worldwide.
