Hi! I am Hanna Groeber, originally from Stuttgart (GER), but currently working, living & training in Zürich with my fabulous International Running Club.

I love racing both on roads & trails, and still remember fondly my first outing at the WMTRC in the German national dress, where I unexpectedly placed 10th in the vertical & 7th in the classic race. But I also have a big passion for the road marathon (PB 2:35h) and am happy about the variety I get from both.

Currently I juggle part-time work with my studies to get the Swiss HS teaching diploma in Biology. I like almost all sports, but running has been and remains my biggest passion since I started at the age of 16.

At WMRA, my mission is to bring both worlds of roads & trails a bit closer together, because I truly believe we can learn a lot from both.
